Jubilant scenes followed the final whistle, with owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney in tears as ecstatic fans invaded the pitch.
Wrexham still have one more match to play, travelling to Torquay United this weekend.
After their trip to Plainmoor, players can likely look forward to an incredible promotion bash.
On their party plans, Wrexham board advisor Shaun Harvey told The Athletic: “There is a trip to Las Vegas being mooted.”
In addition to their possible trip to Sin City, players will share a £200,000 bonus earned for sealing promotion.
Wrexham will also be putting on an open top bus parade for fans to enjoy next Tuesday.
Ahead of their return to League Two, the Red Dragons will face a pair of Premier League giants during a US tour.
They are set to face Chelsea in South Carolina on July 19, before travelling to San Diego to play Manchester United the following week.

Reynolds and McElhenney have already been described as the “best owners in football”.
And the former endeared himself even more to fans earlier this week, getting in 40 bottles of £1,000 vintage whiskey for supporters to sample.
McElhenney, meanwhile, has been cheekily trying to get Gareth Bale out of retirement to play for Wrexham.
In a short video clip, the former Tottenham and Real Madrid star said: “Hi Rob, just want to congratulate you on your promotion and everything you’re doing at Wrexham.”
McElhenney posted the clip to his Twitter account, alongside a cheeky message.
Tagging the five-time Champions League winner, he wrote: “Hey @GarethBale11 let’s play golf, where I totally won’t spend 4 hours trying to convince you to un-retire for one last magical season ”
