Thomas Cashman, 34, was allegedly pursuing Nee and fired through Olivia’s front door in Dovecot, Liverpool.

CCTV allegedly shows Cashman chasing Nee on foot at 9.52pm.

At 10pm a 999 call said Olivia had been hit in the chest.

Cops arrived 11 minutes later.

But by 10.17pm CCTV shows Nee, also shot, arriving at A&E with “associates”.

Cashman, of West Derby, Liverpool, denies charges including murder.
