Oti’s Breakfast Show officially kicks off this Saturday at 8:30am on ITV1 and will run for just under an hour.

The former Strictly star’s programme will feature a “compelling combination of celebrity guests and topical chats”.

Mabuse is no stranger to ITV, with the star appearing as a judge on Dancing on Ice.

Meanwhile, Laura Whitmore‘s Breakfast Show kicks off on Sunday in the same timeslot.

The 37-year-old’s show will follow the format as Oti’s but with her own personality shining through.

She has also filmed an investigative documentary programme called Laura Whitmore Investigates for ITV.

Laura quit Love Island in August after presenting three series following the death of the ITV2 show’s original host, Caroline Flack.

She admitted there were “elements of the show I’ve found very difficult” when announcing her departure, hinting at potential creative differences.

In October Maya was confirmed as the new Love Island host, weeks after The Sun exclusively revealed Maya had been chosen to front it.

In July, mum-of-one Laura also announced that she would step down from her BBC Radio 5 Live show, which aired weekly on Sunday mornings.
