Cutler’s latest post on Instagram proved age is no limit – in which he captioned it: “It’s Monday, let’s get after it.”
In the video, the 49-year-old performed a back cable crossover fly exercise.
The man looked absolutely jacked and went into beast mode as he pumped his way through the reps.
His abdominals muscles were so defined they looked like a turtle shell, while his lat muscles popped like crazy.

In 2006, Cutler defeated reigning champion Ronnie Coleman and took over as the new undisputed victor for the next few years.
Despite obvious hard work and discipline, the quad-stomp poser revealed another secret tip that attributed to his first Mr Olympia win.
He told the Mike Sartain podcast: “I’m not going to lie, there was a lot of diets… I ate 140 egg whites a day.
“So I was cracking eggs non-stop.”
According to Essentially Sports, his protein meals consisted of more than 30 eggs a day because he had set a 500g protein target.
He also consumed about four pounds of meat every day.
Cutler also distanced himself from society and worked on his size and gains to defeat Coleman, which was the defining point of his career.
