A FOOD influencer has left people stunned by the prices at Farmfoods – with many questioning how it’s even possible. 

Farmfoods is an uber cheap grocery supermarket that prides itself on stocking frozen food, believing it “is the best solution for most family meals”.

Content creator Sanctuary Vegan visited his local chain and had people reeling over 9p soya milk and bargain biscuits.

Taking to Tik Tok, plant-based Matthew let people in on what the best deals are Farmfoods are right now. 

He found soya milk for 9p, Innocent coconut water for 29p and Heinz vegan mayonnaise for 59p.

Innocent smoothies – which cost just short of £5 in major supermarkets – were shelved at 99p.

Matthew said: “Instant oat lattes are £1 a box.

“But if you can’t be bothered, there’s mocha cold brew for 69p.”

A four pack of Robinsons’ Real Fruit jelly was 99p – working out around 25p a pot. 

The star of the show was Jammie Dodgers in flavours many people hadn’t seen before.

And the best bit? It was three packets for £1.

The pack of eight biscuits retails for around 75p in mainstream supermarkets. 

There were banana flavoured biscuits, as well as Choccie Dodgers, meaning biscuit fiends could scoop the ultimate trio with a packet of the classic raspberry flavour. 

Those wanting to stock up their kitchen cupboards could nab 7.5kg of potatoes for £2.99, as well as a 5kg sack of onions for the same price. 

The bargain hunter said: “They’ve also got a big bag of apples for 99p.

“Big bags of pasta for £1.59.

“Everyone loves Capri Sun and the boxes are two for £4.50.

“They’ve also got an impressive selection of tinned beans, all very cheap.”

The tins ranged from 29p up till 49p, which the bargain hunter dubbed a bargain for vegans trying to up their protein intake. 

He added: “If you’ve got a sweet tooth, they’ve got fizzy fangs for 49p.

“And this liquid candy spray from Slush Puppy for 99p.

“And the Swizzle’s drinks for £1.29.”

There were endless freezers of fruits and vegetables, as well as ice lollies.

Among the brands stocked in the Farmfoods freezers were Linda McCartney, Oumph, Magnum, Chicago Town and McCain. 

Viewers flocked to the comments to express their shock over the prices.

One wrote: “I haven’t seen these prices since 2015.”

Another questioned: “I’ve never been so confused. Why is everything so cheap?”
