DEAR DEIDRE: IN a reckless moment, I made a move on my married manager at work.
Now he has effectively demoted me.
I’m a single woman of 26 and was a section manager in a supermarket but now he has moved me to the warehouse.
We both got very drunk on a night out recently and I tried it on with him.
He rejected me and we didn’t speak for the rest of the night.
He has ignored me at work ever since.

By limiting how much you drink, you will be in better control of your behaviour.
Apologise to your manager and explain how you regret what happened and reassure him it won’t happen again – that might go some way to clearing the air.
