The now-viral video, posted on the popular app TikTok, sees the father using the handy kitchen appliance to cook sausages and frozen goods.
”Quick dinner for the kids tonight – all done in 20 minutes in the air fryer mostly.”
With hungry kids to feed, he first started by chucking a few chunky sausages into one of the trays for 15 minutes.
The other tray, he showed, was filled with frozen chips that he had also sprinkled with a bit of salt.
”Get that in, 10 minutes first. Get them out, give them another shake and then another 10 minutes,” the foodie instructed.
Once the sausages were almost done, he added in a couple of slices of bacon on top and heated up a can of baked beans.
The one final step was cooking eggs in a pan, which he then served with the rest of the meal.
”Egg on first, on with some chips , […] couple of bits of bacon, couple of sausages, then a ramekin for the beans.
”Then the most important bit – two bits of white buttered bread.
”Delicious!” he exclaimed.

But whilst the kids may have enjoyed the scrumptious English breakfast-inspired dish, people on social media were less than impressed.
Many reckoned the meal was lacking nutrients and was so fatty, the children will experience severe health issues.
One person was mortified and commented: ”Bros gonna give those kids cardiac arrest with the way he buttering that bread.”
Someone else wondered: ”bruh where’s the vegetables.”
”Looks good mate but too much oil for that egg,” another thought.
”Not a single vegetable was harmed in the making of this Tiktok,” a fourth chuckled.
After being met with criticism by internet trolls, the father posted a comment, hitting back at the meanies.
”I cannot believe how many self righteous people there are in these comments pretending though don’t have this kind of meal every so often.”
