Jubiliant substitutes poured onto the pitch to celebrate the potentially season-defining goal and the wild scenes were reported by ref Chris Kavanagh.
The celebration of Gunners boss Mikel Arteta was also noted in Kavanagh’s report.
An FA investigation quickly ensued but will yield no punishment.
It was thought a fine could be imminent due to FA rules over player and staff conduct.
FA rules require players and staff to behave in a “responsible manner” at all times during this match.
Additionally, managers and technical staff are prohibited from entering the pitch without a valid reason.
Victory over Bournemouth maintained saw the Gunners maintain their five-point lead over defending champions Manchester City at the summit of the Prem table.
Arteta said of the last-gasp victory: “It was an extraordinary day and a beautiful experience at the end.
“Dramatic, but worth living it because there was the greatest end to it.”
He added: “Winning four games in the Premier League is very difficult and we have done three in a week, which is even harder.
“We had done it in various ways and that should generate more belief.”
Arsenal will be back in action on Sunday afternoon, travelling to Craven Cottage to take on Fulham.
