Amy Nuttall grew suspicious of ‘cheating’ husband Andrew Buchan after seeing ‘cosy’ social media snaps with co-star
AMY Nuttall grew suspicious of ‘cheating’ husband Andrew Buchan after she saw ‘cosy’ social media snaps with his co-star lover.
The Sun revealed Amy’s devastation yesterday after love-rat Buchan — also well known for his appearances as Andrew Parker Bowles in Netflix drama The Crown — left the family home for his co-star on BBC1 thriller Better, Leila Farzad.

Buchan, 44, is believed to now be living with Leila Farzad, 39.
And Amy knew something was up after some cosy social media snaps of the pair.
A source told us: “As time moved on, there were some tell-tale signs that he had become close to Leila — just something in his mannerisms and in their social media posts together.”
In one post, the pair stand on a red carpet very close to each other as they dress up for an event.
Leila had a polka dot dress and tights on, while Amy’s husband stood in a suit.
What’s more, Leila shared a gushing social media post which paid tribute to Buchan for “holding her up and wiping away her tears.”
Alongside the post she shared a snap of them together as they filmed their new drama, during which their characters embark on a passionate affair during the five-part police drama.
Actress turned detective Amy also went on to confront her husband of 11 years over receipts and paper records of hotel stays in London — when she had believed he was working away on set.
A source said: “The penny started to drop over a period of time.
“He was away a lot, which wasn’t unusual because of the nature of his work, but at one point Amy realised he had been staying in hotels very near to home — and wondered why.
“But the final straw was the lingerie — that’s what clinched it.
“Amy just knew instinctively that it wasn’t meant for her.”
The Sun told how 44-year-old Buchan had left the family home in December and has now moved on with Oxford University-educated Leila — who is also understood to have been married.
Reports told how Amy choked back tears when asked about the break-up, and insisted she is not yet ready to talk about the betrayal.
Buchan has been a regular on a host of hit TV shows, including Jane Eyre, Party Animals, Cranford, An Honourable Woman and Agatha Christie crime thriller The ABC Murders.
He is also the voice of adverts for Sainsbury’s supermarkets.
